A. We write them with you — You write the letter but we are here to help and guide you as needed or we can write the letter for you if you like. Through our intake form and optional voice memo, we learn your voice, your relationship with the recipient, your memories, and your tone. Then we craft a letter that reads like the best version of you. You review and approve every letter before it ships.
A. Yes. Every Ribbon & Roots letter is printed on premium paper and mailed via USPS in a sealed envelope. Your recipient opens their mailbox and finds something real — not a notification, not an email, not a text. A letter. Something they can hold, fold, and keep.
A. After you subscribe, you’ll receive your intake form immediately. Once you complete it, our team begins crafting your letter within 3–5 business days. You’ll approve the draft before it ships. From approval to delivery is typically 7–10 business days. Your first letter should arrive within 2–3 weeks of subscribing.

The three tiers differ in how many people you write to, how many letters are included each year, and how deeply we go into your story.
A. All plans automatically cover: Birthday, Wedding anniversary, Christmas / Kwanzaa / Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Graduation. You choose 4–6 additional dates as flex letters at signup.
A. Yes. Add-on letter bundles are available at any time for all subscribers. Bundle A gives you 3 extra letters for $45 ($15 each). Bundle B gives you 6 for $78 ($13 each). Bundle C gives you 12 for $144 ($12 each). Unused letters carry forward with no expiration.
